The 4-slot USB 3.1 controller card provides two independent channels to your computer and splits 10 Gbps bandwidth between two USB ports. Each set of two ports shares a combined bandwidth of 10 Gbps. When a single device accesses the channel, the card provides that device with data transfer rates of up to 10 Gbps. If two devices access the channel simultaneously, the 10 Gbps bandwidth is shared between the two devices.
